  20. has requested that we include support for subscripts and superscripts:

  35. I have just added these as presentation styles to the inline emphasis tag:

  44. The suggestions for rendering emphasis are:

  46.     a)  allow users to tailor the display via user prefernces
  47.         e.g. italic, bold, underline, highlight, super/subscript
  48.  
  49.     b)  default to italic or highlighted text for unrecognised types
  50.  
  51.  
  52. These changes will make their way to the CERN copy soonish.
